Business Systems Administrator

Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Location - Lincolnshire

Are you a skilled Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform professional looking for an exciting opportunity to support and optimize business systems? Nigel Frank are seeking a Business Systems & Power Platform Support Specialist to join our clients team and play a key role in enhancing our data and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft Fabric

Support data modelling, analytics, and reporting using Microsoft Fabric tools.

Maintain and optimize data pipelines and workflows.

Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility.

Assist in the design and deployment of dashboards and visualizations.

Power Platform

Provide support for Power Apps and Power Automate.

Develop and maintain custom applications and workflows.

Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing solutions.

Conduct training sessions to enhance user adoption and proficiency.

Business Systems Support

Provide day-to-day support for business systems including Dynamics 365 Business Central, SharePoint, and third-party applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality and data.

Develop, troubleshoot, and support API integrations.

Assist in configuring and customizing systems based on business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Drive innovation by keeping the Power Platform practice up-to-date with new tools and techniques.

General Support

Monitor and respond to support tickets in a timely manner.

Document support processes, solutions, and system changes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integrations.

Stay updated on new features and updates within Dynamics 365, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Platform.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform.

Strong understanding of data management and business process optimization.

Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using Power BI.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience in creating system integrations using APIs or middleware.

Experience working with Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV.

Experience delivering business software projects to end users.

Preferred:

Certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central or Power Platform.

Basic knowledge of data modelling languages such as Python.

Experience in training and onboarding users for business applications.

Proven experience supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Experience in creating and maintaining SharePoint sites.
