My client is an NHS Trust looking to source temporary finance support for approximately 6-8 months as a Band 7.

The support will mainly be focused on, and be involved with delivering the Trusts Cost Improvement Programmes (CIPs). They have a number of CIP Delivery Units of which the person will be a member in the capacity of the finance representative. They will be required to do activity/ finance analysis and costing up options as well as support with the preparation of monthly progress reports. The full-time (although open to flexibility) post could likely require supporting wider Management Account support.

Suggesting the person to be up to the standard of a Band 7 is in anticipation that the person will be pro-active and comfortable to lead (as the finance representative) in various groups following an introductory period.

The nature of work would be suited to a candidate with a strong background of Management Accounts.
