Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Property Solicitor in Newcastle Under Lyme. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

Undertaking a variety of property transactions
Advising on lease renewals, land disposals, land swap/transfers and deeds of release
Advising on discharge of covenants, easements/adoption, new lettings/surrenders and ad hoc property adviceThe candidate:

Must be a qualified lawyer in England and Wales
Must be familiar with property law
