PageGroup are delighted to support a growing engineering business based in Nottingham with the appointment of a HR Generalist to join a small, busy HR function.
This role can offer hybrid working of 4 days on site and 1 home per week (after 6 months training period)
Description
Reporting to a HR Business Partner, the role of HR Generalist is a varied and fast-paced position, supporting a number of sites with a wide range of people matters, including but not limited to:
Manage HR matters across multiple departments, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Effectively handle employee relations issues, providing appropriate solutions and guidance.
Support recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Participate in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Manage HR records in compliance with legal requirements.
Provide advice and support to managers on HR policies and procedures.Profile
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven HR Advisory background with the ability to manage a wide range of employee relations casework.
You will also be comfortable with some occasional travel to other sites business needs dependent
Job Offer
Up to circa £34k
