SF Recruitment are recruiting for an Administrator to work for a growing business based in Kettering
As the Administrator you will have the responsibility of ensuring the administrative requirements for the businesses are up to date.
Key responsibilities as the Administrator
● Take Overall Responsibility of the internal administrative process
● Receive and take calls from customers
● Creation and submission of Risk Assessments ensuring they are ready and accepted for each project
● Checking of reports from engineers
● Completion and filing of all other documentation as required by clients
● General office administration
● Assistance in all other administrative tasks
● Participate in weekly team meetings to keep up with Operational Requirements
● Import information in various project online Portals
● Complete timely invoicing of all jobs
● Provide administrative assistance to Aftercare
In return you will be offered a salary up to £25,000 and work Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00
