Provide personalized support to pupils facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages all students to reach their full potential.
Collaborate with teachers to effectively manage classroom behaviour.
Advocate for the progress and development of every student in your care.

Have access to a car and a valid driving license.
Pass thorough safer recruitment background checks.
Hold or be willing to obtain a Child Enhanced DBS certificate.
Show a strong commitment to safeguarding.
