Our client is seeking a Mechanical Designer to join their team based at Westlakes.
This role working inside IR35, requires the successful candidate to hold, or be able to obtain, BPSS clearance and SC clearance.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Embedded in an existing Design team, the successful candidate will be involved in the design and production of mechanical pipework fabrication and the installation of ISO’s and GA’s.
Production of CDM documentation and RAMs.
Planning and prioritising own work to ensure requirements are within time, scope and cost.
The role requires interface with the client, Integrated Design Team, existing facility team (including System Engineers), and other typical project functions.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
ONC/HNC in a Mechanical Design discipline
Experience in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Packages
Preliminary and detailed design packages
Knowledge and experience of Asset Care and Condition Assessments preferable
