Responsibilities:

* Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations.

* Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.

* Performing preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

* Participating in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

* Collaborating with other engineering and production teams to optimize processes and improve overall performance.

* Adhering to health and safety guidelines and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a multi skilled engineer in a food manufacturing or similar environment.

* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.

* Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing machinery and equipment.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Flexibility to work shifts and weekends when necessary.

* Relevant engineering qualifications or certifications.
