Our client, a regional law firm based in Staffordshire are looking for a litigation lawyer to join their growing team.

This will be a highly varied role and the incumbent will be offered a varied role dealing with a range of litigation matters alongside a longstanding partner with over two decades of litigation experience.

The role:

* Undertake a range of litigation work including professional negligence, contractual and business disputes, and L&T disputes.

* Act for claimants and respondents in the County Court and High Court.

* Assist other departments such as the Debt Recovery team.

The candidate:

* Be a litigation solicitor between NQ – 3PQE with a broad range of experience dealing with some or all of the matters above.

* The ability to drive is advantageous given the role involves some travel.

* A proactive and solutions-oriented attitude towards work in line of with company values.
