The Project
The project consists of a £8.5m New Build 80 Bed Care home in South Gloucestershire - 18 month duration.

The Contractor
The building contractor takes of projects of varied nature, commercial, industrial & domestic projects.

The building contractor has always been known to have an excellent reputation, focusing on the delivery of construction projects ranging from £1m - £25m, including refurbishment, new build and Cut and Carve.

The Candidate
The Candidate we are looking for is someone who can prove longevity experience working as a Senior Site Manager across varied sectors, on projects of up to £10m value. We are looking for someone who can take this 18 month scheme from out of ground to handover reporting to a Visiting Contracts Manager

• Ideally, have a carpentry trade and also higher education qualification in construction
• Possess a deep technical understanding of high-quality workmanship and building.
• SMSTS / First Aid
• Be a committed member of the project team

Someone who has completed similiar schemes, ie New build Care homes as the Number 1 on site.
