Customer Service Executive

North London

9am – 5:15pm

Office attendance Monday to Thursday, Working from Home Fridays

£27,000

A spirits distributor located in North London is looking for a switched on and organised Customer Service Executive to join their growing team.

The client is looking for someone who can focus on order processing for UK deliveries and Export orders.

Customer Service Executive duties:

Servicing export orders (so liaising with freight forwarders and export paperwork).

Managing customer queries on a daily basis

Entering orders in to system accurately.

Ensuring that the picking list is printed to Warehouse.

Coordinating back orders with the Warehouse and Procurement Department

Answering customer queries via e-mail and phone calls.

Customer Service Executive specification:

Have customer service experience – communicating by email and the phone

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Have experience in managing customer queries on a daily basis

Have Logistics experience or understanding is a benefit

To have experience using Microsoft – word, PDF, Excel, outlook

Experience using Microsoft Dynamics would be a strong plus
