Salary: £50,000+ per annum

Location: Contractor are Yorkshire based, Projects are nationwide

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Job Description:

My client are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee their nationwide healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing fast-track environments and preferably be a joiner by trade.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing fast track fit out projects within the healthcare sector.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage on-site teams, ensuring high standards of work and safety.
Managing health & safety on site.
Quality Control: Ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in a fast-track environment, ideally within the healthcare sector.
Trade Background: Preferably a joiner by trade.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel nationwide
4+ years at Site Manager level
Based within the North West/Yorkshire region.
