About the Role: As the Residential Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the care, development, and well-being of children with learning disabilities, ensuring they receive the highest standards of care and support. You'll lead a team of dedicated professionals, foster strong relationships with children and families, and create a safe, nurturing environment for each child to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a dedicated team, providing guidance, support, and training.

Ensure the children’s care and support plans are followed, promoting their independence and personal growth.

Oversee day-to-day operations, including safeguarding, health and safety, and staffing needs.

Build strong partnerships with families and external agencies.

Promote a positive and inclusive environment, tailored to the unique needs of each child.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children with learning disabilities.

Previous experience in a Senior or Deputy Manager role within a residential setting.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

*

A caring and empathetic approach, with a passion for helping children achieve their potential.

Knowledge of relevant regulations, including safeguarding and Ofsted standards.
