Are you a skilled Multi Trader looking for your next opportunity? Our client is seeking a dedicated individual to carry out both reactive and planned maintenance work across the UK, with upcoming projects in Reading and Devon. The reactive call-outs are more local, giving you the opportunity to work closer to home.

Position: Multi Trader
Location: Nationwide (with upcoming projects in Reading and Devon)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (with optional weekend overtime)

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out maintenance and repair work across a variety of properties.
Tasks will include carpentry, painting, tiling, and general building work etc.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations.
Managing your own workload and scheduling tasks efficientlyCompany Benefits:

Company credit card for work-related expenses.

Hotel accommodation provided for stays away from home, plus £50 per night for food and other necessities. Any unspent amount will be added to your wages.

Van and fuel card provided.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Multi Trader with a wide skill set across different trades
A reliable and professional approach to work
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
