Introduction

Responsibilities

* Behaviour Mentor

* Act as a positive role model.

* Deliver a range of behaviour management techniques.

* Supporting learners with a range of SEN/SEMH needs.

* 1-1 and group interventions.

* Engage a young person in learning through a range of methods

Requirements

* Expereinced in managing behaviour.

* To have worked with learners with a range of needs.

* To be able to commit to working at the school for long period of time.

* Team Teach trained (preferred)

* Must have EHCP expereince.

* Must have enhance DBS.
