Job Summary: Raffi Tex Ltd, based in Ilford, is excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled E-commerce & Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee and expand our presence across various marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. Your responsibilities will include managing market sales, optimising product listings, and ensuring smooth operations through efficient inventory and order management.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with retail customers to convert them into wholesale buyers while maintaining long-term relationships.
Manage and optimise product listings to enhance visibility and drive conversions.
Monitor sales performance and trends, implementing strategic pricing to maximise revenue.
Handle order processing, inventory management, and provide exemplary customer service.
Run targeted promotions and collaborate with influencers to boost brand awareness.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and strive to improve seller ratings.

Ideal Candidate:

A minimum of one year of experience in sales or a recent graduate eager to learn.
Familiarity with online selling platforms is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong management skills with a focus on client relations.
Proficient in MS Office and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
An analytical mindset with a passion for sales and e-commerce.
