Role Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant with a passion for the legal industry. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, sourcing and placing legal talent across a range of positions from paralegals to senior solicitors. This is a fast-paced, client-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with law firms and in-house legal teams, understanding and fulfilling their hiring needs.

- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage high-quality candidates using job boards, networking, and social media.

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.

- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and grow our client base.

- Market Insight: Keep up-to-date with legal industry trends and hiring demands.

Ideal Candidate:

- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or sales

- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sales Skills: Ability to meet targets and negotiate confidently.

- Self-Motivated: Proactive and resilient in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
