An independent, commercial minded consultancy hold the desire to continue to grow their Building Control Team by hiring a competent Building Control Surveyor based out of London. The successful Building Control Surveyor will become a key member of the team, providing technical advice and contribute to the safe and efficient development of our built environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
• Provide expert advice on building control matters.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Class 3H BSR Registration.
• Proven experience in building control or a related field.
• Strong understanding of building regulations and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
