9am - 5.30 pm Monday - Friday (1-hour unpaid lunch break)

We are seeking a detail-orientated Events & Marketing Administrator to support a busy events and marketing team in Oswestry. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to gain valuable exposure within a leading service providers workplace.

Events & Marketing Administrator responsibilities:

Data entry tasks on Excel and bespoke system.
Managing enquiries that are received into the events inbox.
Answer calls into the Events Team helping clients with general enquiries.
Supporting the events team with any ad hoc event administration tasks that are required.
Assist the events team with any event packing and unpacking.
Candidate requirements
The successfully appointed Events & Marketing Administratorwill have the following:

IT literate
Strong attention to detail and accuracy is vital.
Good work ethic more important than experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Organised with a proactive manner
An ability to work independently as well as part of a team
