Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors.

The Location of the project is near Westside, Birmingham City Centre.

Our client, a fast growing and modern tier 2 contractor are currently working nationwide with a number of large residential development clients and housing associations. They are specialists in new build RC Frame projects up to £100m in build cost.

Turnover for the business is around £500m and they are likely to post a record year for 2024.

Promotional opportunities are one of the businesses biggest selling points along with a very modern way of working within the construction sector.

The project in question is a 450 unit residential scheme over a number of RC frame built blocks, starting within the next 3 months. A great opportunity here for someone to get involved with a brand new project and have full commercial autonomy. Build cost for the scheme is approximately £80m.

They seek a job running senior quantity surveyor to step in and lead a small team and deliver the project over the next 2-3 years.

You must come from a strong residential new build background and ideally a degree in quantity surveying (or equivalent)
