Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a new build housing development.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
