Boden Group are partnered with a specialist service provider within the Facilities Management sector and seeking a Supply Chain Consultant to lead large portfolio within their business unit.
Your new role
As a member of the procurement and supplier management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering FM procurement solutions to a broad client base within the Public Sector - Healthcare and Education. This role will be responsible for developing medium and long-term category strategies, with the aim of delivering cost savings and efficiencies in the supply chain. You will be reporting into a Commercial Director and have a team of specialists working closely with you.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have extensive knowledge of the FM category, particularly hard services.
You should have excellent written and linguistic language skills and be confident to engage with colleagues and clients
Ideally, you will have experience working within public sector clients previously
You should be highly self-motivated and able to work independently to allow you to effectively work in this remote role.
This is a freelance position to oversee a large project for this specialist provider and is subject to IR35 and has fallen inside, due to the nature of the work. Expected length of the contract is 6-9 Months
