Key Responsibilities:

Individual Support: Work closely with students who have special educational needs, providing tailored assistance to ensure they can access the curriculum and succeed in their studies.
Classroom Assistance: Support the class teacher in managing classroom behavior and implementing effective teaching strategies.
Progress Monitoring: Track and report on the progress of students, ensuring that their educational and developmental needs are being met.
Resource Development: Create and adapt learning materials to cater to the individual needs of students.
Liaison: Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, specifically within an SEN setting, is essential.
Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in education or child development are preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
