CDM Recruitment are actively looking for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join a thriving engineering company specialising in the repair and refurbishment of excavator buckets. If you have a background in heavy fabrication and welding, this is a great opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Performing MIG/MAG welding on excavator buckets and attachments
✅ Repairing and refurbishing worn or damaged parts, including reinforcing and hard-facing
✅ Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
✅ Operating fabrication equipment such as cutting, drilling, and grinding tools
✅ Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

Requirements:

? Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator in the heavy engineering sector
? Strong MIG/MAG welding skills (previous work on excavator buckets is highly desirable)
? Ability to interpret technical drawings
? Experience with repair work and fabrication of heavy steel components
? Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
