Prime Appointments are currently looking for a Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Manager (HSEQ) to join a fast paced manufacturer based near Southend! We are looking for a manager who is committed to maintaining high standards of safety and quality with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015.

As a Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Manager you will be required to:

Serve as the HSEQ expert, leading thorough investigations and root cause analyses for significant quality issues, customer complaints, safety incidents, and reportable accidents (RIDDOR).
Support the Management Team in developing, overseeing, and monitoring the company's Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality performance.
Ensure timely recording, corrective actions, statutory reporting, and completion of all necessary documentation following established procedures.
Lead programs and initiatives that drive improvements, aligning with the company's objectives and strategic goals.
Conduct detailed Health & Safety investigations for any lost-time accidents or incidents, ensuring they are reported in compliance with RIDDOR
Ensure compliance with environmental permits, the fire prevention plan, the Environmental Management System, and all related systems and documentation across the site
Participate in Group audits, this could involve travelling to sites in Sweden and RomaniaExperience Required:

Extensive knowledge of EN ISO 9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015
In depth understanding of HSEQ legislation and standards
5+ years of post-qualification experience.
IOSH, NEBOSH qualified
