About the Role
As Project Manager you will be responsible for the maintenance of asset data ensuring information is kept up to date, current and relevant. You will also be responsible for the golden thread of information in the High-Rise buildings and support the preparation of safety cases. In addition to this you will lead on regulatory returns for Building Safety.
You will also be responsible for:
* Inputting and updating of the Asset Management system
* Inputting and updating of the Golden Thread of Information into the Building Safety Management System
* Responsible for managing and maintaining the filing structure for asset and fire remediation.
* Leading on the Building Safety Regulatory return
* Ensuring good record keeping across the asset team, coordinating payment certificates, warrantees etc.
* Coordinating the project managers to gather accurate data on projects being undertaken
* Support the preparation of Building Safety Cases for the Building Safety Regulator.
About You:
We’re looking for someone with:
* Experience of project management
* The ability to perform data analysis, data entry and reporting
* Experience of navigating multiple systems
* Knowledge of the Building Safety Act
* Understanding of the Quality and Safety Standard
* Understanding of the learnings from the Grenfell enquiry
