Site Manager – North London – 3 Weeks

Our client has a site based in North London and is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a short-term project at a well-established and prestigious school.

* Duration: 3 Weeks

* Start Date: ASAP

* Rate: Negotiable, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

*

Manage and supervise all on-site activities to ensure smooth project delivery

*

Oversee health & safety compliance in line with industry standards

*

Coordinate trades and subcontractors to maintain project timelines

*

Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control procedures are followed

*

Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring clear updates and progress reports

*

Manage site documentation, including permits, logs, and site records

*

Identify and resolve any issues or delays proactively to avoid disruption to the schedule

Requirements:

*

Valid SMSTS

*

CSCS card

*

First Aid certificate

*

Level 4 HNC (or equivalent qualification)

*

Enhanced DBS (mandatory due to working on a live school site)

*

Full UK Driving Licence
