Role: SEN Teaching Assistant

Axcis Education are seeking Full time teaching assistant to join a dedicated school in Redditch area supporting pupils between the ages of 11-16 year old. You will play a critical role in our mission to aid these students' return to mainstream education or to ensure their progression to further education and employment.

Responsibilities :

- Providing 1:1 or with small groups of students, providing academic support and personal development guidance
- Provide emotional support and promote positive behaviour, helping students to engage with their learning.
- Help manage classroom behaviour implementing agreed-upon behaviour management strategies
- Relevant qualification or proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with SEND students.
