Job Title: Shop fit/ Retail Site Manager

Duration: 2 Weeks with further work planned around West Midlands

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a shop-fit Site Manager to work for our client's retail store refurbishment projects in Leicestershire. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the night shifts and ensuring the smooth progress of the project.

Works include the refurbishment and fitout of an existing retail unit.

Key Requirements:

* Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification

* CSCS Black card OR Gold Card.

* 1st Aid at Work certification

* Asbestos Awareness certification (Preferable)

* Fire Marshall Certificate

Responsibilities:

* Supervise shifts to ensure project timelines are met

* Oversee health and safety protocols on-site

* Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel

* Report project progress to the main contractor

* Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the refurbishment

Rate of Pay:
£280 per shift
