Pay: £150 - £200 per day (dependent on experience)

Class Mate is working with a supportive primary school in NG5 looking for a passionate Year 1 Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to make a real impact on pupils at a crucial stage in their education.

The Role:

* Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.

* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

* Support pupils’ academic and social development, ensuring all children reach their full potential.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to enhance learning outcomes.

* Assess progress and provide feedback in line with school policies.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

* Experience teaching in KS1, particularly Year 1, is desirable.

* A passion for early learning and child development.

* A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
