THE ROLE:

Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for senior-level EV positions
Develop and expand relationships with top-tier clients and candidates
Use your expertise to provide strategic hiring advice to clients.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Extensive recruitment experience, preferably in tech or engineering
Interest in EV and sustainable technologies
Strong networking skills and ability to build lasting relationships
Proven track record of exceeding targets.
SALARY & BENEFITS:

£35,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience
Uncapped commissions, up to 30%, taking realistic OTE £50,000 - £70,000
Route to director level
Monthly and quarterly incentives
