K&M Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter to join our team. As an Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a critical role in ensuring we provide our customers with the best service by sourcing and on-boarding the finest staff seamlessly.

Oppertunity for new business development.

Responsibilities:

* Use a variety of methods to source and screen candidates within the property industry.

* Network and advertise.

* Identify key skills & correctly review the appropriate certifications and qualifications.

* Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc.

* Experience withi microsoft office / office 365

* Ensuring all references are checked.

* Good on the phones

* Team Player

* Able to work remotely / Hybrid

* Resourcing / Recruiter

Experience:

* You will ideally have previous experience in recruitment

* Confidence and having an enthusiastic nature will be essential for this position

* Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Excellent telephone manor
