CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE/LICENSED CONVEYANCER

Romford - Office-Based - 3 Days per Week
£40,000 - £45,000 Per Annum (Pro Rata)

Bridge Recruitment are currently working with a well-established legal practice located in Romford who are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join their team on a part-time basis (3 days per week).

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Liaising with clients, Estate Agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Drafting and reviewing contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
This role has potential to be extended to full-time if you also have Probate and Wills experience.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing.
Excellent client management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy legal environment
