We are looking for a Deputy General Manager to join a major used car supermarket's Hinckley site on a permanent basic.

This is newly created role and a great role for someone who has been a manager or established sales leader within an automotive retailer before (ideally a used car supermarket or high-volume car sales).

You will be supporting the General Manager, interacting with customers, making sure the metrics are in place to hit and exceed company monthly targets (sales, gross profit, volume etc).

It's very much a customer facing role so you will need to be present on the sales floor, well presented, well-spoken and approachable.

This role offers you:

£45K basic salary and an additional £45K bonus for hitting the annual target (paid monthly).
