The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage complex commercial insurance portfolios and play a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive exceptional service. You will work closely with Account Executives, clients, and insurers to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive insurance strategies for commercial property clients.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments and risk identification.
Oversee the full renewal process, including placement and documentation.
Accurately maintain Acturis records.
Build and maintain strong client and insurer relationships.
Negotiate effectively to secure optimal terms.
Provide responsive, high-quality communication and service.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience: Minimum of 5 years' commercial insurance experience, with strong knowledge of the commercial property insurance sector.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of FCA regulations and a proactive approach to risk management.
Attitude: A client-focused mindset with a commitment to professional development.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with Acturis is highly advantageous.
