This role would suit an existing leader or someone with a proven track record of overseeing a team of engineers.

As the Maintenance Team Leader you will be responsible for the day-to-day running’s of the engineering department and work alongside a shift engineer whilst being hands on to ensure maximum efficiency of the machinery.

Responsibilities:

Supervising the day-to-day operational engineering
Schedule planned preventative maintenance.
Mentoring and developing engineers
Ensuring your team in the best position to carry out their work to the best of their ability
Reactive and planned maintenance
Implementation of the stores managing through S5
Daily review meetings with customers
Conduct risk assessments
The ideal candidate for this Maintenance Team Leader position must have the following skills, abilities and qualifications:

Must have a recognised electrical qualification (apprenticeship, NVQ level 3, BTEC, ONC, C&G, HNC, HND).
Proven track record of supervising or leading a team of engineers
Flexible on being hands on where required
Experience of working within a FMCG environment is desirable but not essential
A positive can-do attitude.
