The Role
* The role is based at our premises in West Yorkshire, however, your working location can be flexible throughout the UK
* There may occasionally be a requirement to travel abroad for periods of 2 weeks
* As you are the face of the Company, you must present a confident ‘can do’ attitude.
* You will be expected to comply with all Health and Safety regulations of the company.
* To support the Company in securing more potential business, by identifying and submitting engineer leads for new service contracts or opportunities for additional spares or service work.
* Drive the implementation of engineering best practice procedures and maximise both effectiveness and efficiency within the job.
* To handle any challenging situations with customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Skills/qualifications
* Recognised Engineering apprenticeship.
* Essential you will have a valid UK driving license – ( Clean Preferred )
* Experience in dealing with both Manual and Computer Numerically Controlled Milling Machinery.
* Mechanical fitting and fault diagnosis on Machine tools.
* Experience in machining head / Gearbox assembly and correct setting – This is an important and key part of the Role.
* Machine tool alignment experience. – This is an important and key part of the Role.
