We have Team Leader Roles Available in a number of locations around Staffordshire, within Childrens Residential Homes.

1-2 Bedded Homes - EBD or LD Experience Required.

Cannock - Wheaton Aston - Burton-upon-Trent - Rugeley

Excellent opportunity for an experienced, qualified candidate to join the team in one of our children's residential homes. We specialise in supporting Children and Young People who have suffered early life trauma, neglect or abuse and may display challenging behaviours.

The main duties of this role include:

Ensuring shifts are planned with Residential Support Workers

To ensure that all risks are safely managed in line with the company policies and procedures ​

To communicate effectively with the team regarding the plans for the day

To provide reports and documentation that reflects the progress of the young person using our paperless systems and tools

To review the young people's care plans and other associated documentation

Job requirements:

* To provide positive parenting

* To have exceptional communication skills

* To have sound working knowledge of current legislation e.g., Children's Homes Regulations 2015 (including quality standards)

* To be open minded, empathetic in a calm and professional manner

* Essential Requirements:

* Must have a full manual driving licence

* Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent
