I am currently looking for a Caretaker on a 12-month fixed term basis for a housing provider based in Kent. My client is looking for an immediately available candidate who has access to there own vehicle.

Salary:
* £24,761.00 per annum + Benefits

Working Hours:
* 37 Hours per week
* 8.45 - 5.15 pm Monday to Thursday, 8.45 - 4.45 pm Friday

You will be required to:
* Clean, sweep and mop areas
* Empty bins
* Clear rubbish
* Clear areas of weeds
*Litter picking
* Inspect and keep clear electrical intake cupboards, landings and stairwells

It is essential that the successful candidate has:
* Safety boots
* Knowledge of health and safety
* Basic DBS (may be in progress)
*Full UK Driving License & access to vehicle
