Project Architect

Location: Cambridge 

Aztrum is delighted to be working closely with a chartered practice based in central Cambridge, specialising in design led residential work for both Developers and Private clients, including large private dwellings. 

Due to exciting growth, my client is looking for a talented Project Architect with strong design and technical skills to join the team.

Key Responsibilities for this Project Architect role:

Manage the delivery of a number of Residential projects, working in collaboration with the Principal Architect.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Production of construction packages – drawings, schedules and specifications.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in sustainable design practices.Qualifications required for this Project Architect role:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Professional registration with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working within the Residential sector.
Strong reputation for high quality drawings, preparing working drawing construction packages and knowledge of UK building regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and other relevant design software.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
