COMPANY
An exciting opportunity to work for an established and global company based in Luton as a Sales Executive. The successful candidate will have a confident telephone manner, and proven experience working within a call centre environment.
Previous sales experience isn’t a necessity, however the successful candidate will have experience in a phone based role and be confident making outbound calls to customers.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Experience in a customer service, telesales or telemarketing role.
Confident and upbeat telephone manner.
Ambitious, enthusiastic, and pro-active.
Excellent communication skills.
Fast learner and the ability to work well on own initiative and as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospecting to companies via telephone, email, and messaging, with the aim to book appointments.
Qualifying leads and update the system with relevant information.
E-mail marketing and calling campaigns.
Tracking and reporting on the lead qualification process, and ensure all leads are followed up accordingly.
Arrange and host online webinars and follow up with attendees.
