Mechanical & Electrical Site Supervisor – Didcot

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Site Supervisor to join our client's team for a 16-20 week office fit-out project in Didcot. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading HVAC contractor on a high-profile development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee mechanical and electrical installations on site.

* Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and health & safety standards.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, including the electrical subcontractor, to ensure smooth project delivery.

* Manage site activities, ensuring work is completed to schedule and quality standards.

* Report to the project manager and liaise with clients as required.

Requirements:

* SMSTS certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) – Essential.

* Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and health & safety procedures.

* Experience managing HVAC and electrical installations on commercial projects.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively with multiple subcontractors on site.
