Join a well-established NICEIC approved contractor and operate throughout London and UK wide. With £8M turnover in 2023 and is a company growing further with controlled expansion.

We are currently looking to recruit motivated and highly skilled M&E Engineers and Mechanical Engineers to join their growing team.

You will be responsible for undertaking plant room maintenance working on MOD Sites.

* Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

* Location: Covering Kent

* Travel paid after 1 hour provided each way.

* Plenty of overtime – paid at time and a half and double Sundays.

* No on call rota.

* Fully financed company van, fuel card

* 20 days holiday + public holidays.

Duties include:

* Plant room maintenance checking AHU, FCU, Pumps, Valves, Motors

* Emergency lighting, basic electrical maintenance.

* BMS Systems

* Plumbing maintenance

THE CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

* Knowledge of M&E building services.

* Knowledge of HVAC plant i.e. A/C, boilers, controls, heating and cooling systems, ventilation.

* Understanding of overall Health & Safety
