Property Manager – East Sussex – £35k-40k

Our client are a leading independent, multi-office Property Consultancy focused on the residential market across East Sussex.

Within their successful Block Management team they now seek an additional Property Manager as follows:

* Working Mon-Fri 8.30-5.30 office based in St Leonards on Sea

* Undertaking the full range of block management duties (with departmental support) including service charge budget setting, insurance, resident liaison, contractor management, S20 major works and site inspection.

* ATPI preferred but not essential (qualification can be supported in post)

* Based locally, happy to drive in/around East Sussex for site visits

The suitable Property Manager will come from a stable career background, have 1-3 years block management experience and live in or close to St Leonards on Sea.

Salary for the successful Property Manager will include a basic salary around £35-40k plus pension and private healthcare, as well as business mileage and expenses as incurred.
