Times: 14:30 - 22:00

Requirements of the Role:

Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner.
Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Engaging with guests, providing friendly and attentive service while taking orders and offering recommendations.
Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently, using basic maths skills for processing payments.
Assisting in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Upholding the highest standards of hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests and concerns.
Must have previous bar experience and comfortable with digital till. Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous to maintain hygiene standards.
A passion for customer service and a friendly demeanour that enhances the guest experience.
