The Role: We’re seeking a meticulous and proactive Merchandising Assistant for a fixed-term contract until June 2025. This role is predominantly remote, with a requirement to work three days a week from our office in Kemble. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient merchandising processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate data in range lists and purchase orders

* Input orders and allocation settings into our resource planning system

* Support the Assistant Merchandiser with trading allocations

* Oversee the logistics process, including booking deliveries, liaising with suppliers, and managing warehouse queries

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience as a Merchandising Assistant with a keen eye for detail

* Strong administrative and organizational skills, with effective prioritization abilities

* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
