ROLE PURPOSE
Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in the small to mid-market segment. In this dynamic role, you will identify and secure new business opportunities, effectively communicate the value of innovative solutions, and benefit from a consistent flow of MQLs and SQLs. Working closely with an SDR, you’ll play a central role in generating new opportunities within a fast-paced, collaborative environment with significant career growth potential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, and support from the SDR team. Use MQLs and SQLs to create a robust sales pipeline.
Establish and nurture client relationships through calls, emails, and meetings, delivering tailored solutions that meet specific client needs.
Present targeted solutions that demonstrate how our client’s platform addresses client challenges and delivers value.
Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to deal closure, collaborating with senior team members on strategic proposals as needed.
Maintain accurate activity records in HubSpot to ensure an efficient and streamlined sales process.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to improve sales effectiveness.
Work closely with the SDR and marketing teams, ensuring that all activities comply with industry standards and policies.
Proven success in roles such as Business Development Manager, Account Executive, or Sales Development Representative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Ambition to grow within a sales-driven role, particularly in the SaaS sector.
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, including working with MQLs and SQLs.
