Our client, a respected Facilities Management Company working in the Healthcare Sector are looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to work in there Warrington office based in Westbrook

The ideal candidate will have previous FM Helpdesk background, experience in the Healthcare arena would be beneficial but is not essential.

Responsible for assisting the Facilities Helpdesk Team in managing and delivering subcontractor, engineering, operational and project works, operating within the PPP environment across the North & South UK, resulting in maximum value and excellent customer satisfaction to both our own and client organizations.

Working in a small team covering a portfolio of NHS buildings nationwide, you will be responsible for receiving all reactive job requests, raising them into the Concept CAFM system, allocating them out to our engineers or contractors, and chasing tasks through to completion.

The Helpdesk team is also responsible for raising PO’s, reviewing and approving invoices, and handling all rechargeable works. Efficient inbox management with the ability to take a methodical approach to prioritising workload in a busy environment will see you succeed in this role.

Hours of work are 8am – 5pm (one hour lunch) Monday to Friday.
