As an Administrator, you’ll be at the core of daily operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly and effectively. Your role will involve supporting a team of advisers and engaging with external partners, making sure all documentation and requests meet high standards.
Key Responsibilities of the Administrator:
Support the team, ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Review documentation submitted to external partners, checking for compliance and accuracy.
Proactively liaise with external partners, following up on acceptance terms and required updates.
Coordinate information requests with clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is received and accurate.
The ideal Administrator will have:
Strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Previous experience in a similar office based administrative or customer service role
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
