Finisher/Snagger 

At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for an experienced finisher/snagger for contract role in Huddersfield. Experience in social housing maintenance is desired but not essential. Candidates will be multi skilled.

The Job and duties of Finisher/Snagger operative 

Undertaking repairs and renovating rooms 
bringing properties up to the required level for sign off
Painting and decorating
Multi skilled operatives must be experienced 

Requirements for a Finisher

You will need a Full UK driving license 
Proven experience in the maintenance sector
Be able to provide at least two working references
